How to Prepare

1. Sift 1-2g of matcha into a bowl
2. Add 2oz (60ml) of hot water at 175F (80C)
3. Whisk vigorously with a bamboo chasen in M or W motions
4. Enjoy immediately when a fine foam forms

Storage

Store in an airtight container away from light, heat, and humidity. Refrigerate after opening. Best consumed within 4-6 weeks for optimal freshness.
